Objective:

Align investment interests of Great Point Investors and its client (Stanford University) with Buchanan Partners to allow launch of initial phases of development on approximately 400 acres of undeveloped land at the northwest corner of Route 50 and the Loudoun County Parkway in the Dulles area of Loudoun County, Virginia

Outcome:

Great Point replaced Atlantic Realty BV (Netherlands-based Investment Firm), providing longer term equity and facilitating the successful development of more than 500,000 sf at Dulles Trade Center, with later term site plan development of 105 acres and planning and development of Arcola Center
